Your Conversation Data Belongs to You

A vCon — virtual conversation — is an open standard (developed under the IETF) for representing a conversation and everything associated with it: the audio, the transcript, the participants, the metadata, the analysis. It provides a portable, structured container for call data that you control.

The question of who has access to your conversation data is becoming harder to ignore. Your calls pass through platforms, get transcribed by third-party services, and generate data that lives in systems you don't always fully control. For regulated industries, for organisations handling sensitive customer conversations, and for anyone who has looked carefully at the terms of service of the transcription or AI layer sitting on top of their voice infrastructure, this matters.

We work with vCons at a depth that few teams currently do — we're active in the space where the standard is being built. We can help you implement vCon-based pipelines that give you ownership and portability of your conversation data, integrate vCons with your existing infrastructure, and build analysis and processing workflows on top of a foundation you actually control.
