Applications Built for Comms, Not Cobbled Together

Building a communications application is not the same as building a web app that happens to make calls. Real-time media has different requirements - latency, reliability, state management under packet loss, compliance considerations around call recording and data. Getting that wrong is expensive.

We build communications applications for two kinds of clients. The first is organisations who want to offer a comms product or service and need a team who already speaks the language - you don't want to spend three months educating developers on why jitter matters or what a B2BUA is. The second is businesses who need a specific application built: a custom interface for their contact centre, a branded voice product, a tool that connects their telephony with their CRM or data systems.

We know this ecosystem - the SIP stacks, the media servers, the WebRTC frameworks - and you don't pay for us to learn it.
